Applicant Resourcing Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a newly established team to work in our busy Coventry office.
BMS is a leading UK based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of sales professionals which due to growth has a vacancy for an Applicant Resourcing Executive. This role involves sourcing applicants using a variety of Job Boards on the internet together with existing internal procedures. Once the applicants CV is sourced it needs to be assessed on skill set, experience and location before passing relevant details to the correct office. Performance will be targeted and rewarded with a generous commission scheme.
Any tele-sales*customer service*administration experience would be advantageous. You must be able to perform in a target driven environment, where results are expected.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £12,500
OTE - £14,500
